The Pediatric Feeding Disorders Program has provided care to patients for over thirty years and has become a renowned model for treating children with complex and severe feeding disorders. This program focuses on the many issues associated with children who are unable or not motivated to eat.

Feeding problems are considered a disorder when they are severe enough to affect a child’s health or growth, cause him or her to be underweight or overweight, cause specific nutrient deficiencies, or lead to significant child and family disruption on a daily basis. An estimated 25% of all children have a feeding disorder. Early diagnosis and treatment are extremely important.
