Who Should Attend? Faith Community Leaders

Join faith leaders from different faith traditions in a unified effort that champions disability inclusion. Through collective learning and shared vision, this conference will help participants lead transformative change that promotes disability inclusion, health, and well-being of people with disabilities and their families within Maryland faith communities.

Welcome Address: Dr. Bradley L. Schlaggar, MD, PhD, Kennedy Krieger President and CEO 
Special Guest: Dr. Lora Hargrove, PhD, DMin, MDiv, Director of Faith Outreach at the Governor’s Office of Community Initiatives
 

It will also provide interested faith leaders with an opportunity to join our Faith Leaders Training for faith leaders. A comprehensive 2-days training for faith leaders that includes an opportunity to apply for mini grants to implement innovative initiatives and programs that promote inclusion, accessibility, and support for people with disabilities and their families within their faith communities.
