Functional interrogation of dopaminergic phenotypes in a mouse model of neurofibromatosis type 1

Elliott Studies cognitive deficits affect up to 80% of patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1). This work utilizes state of the art optical methods and novel viral vectors to explore dopaminergic and behavioral phenotypes in a mouse model of NF1.
