Human Resources and Neurodiversity at Work are hosting a collaborative event for Kennedy Krieger department hiring managers to learn more about hiring individuals who are neurodiverse. 

Neurodiversity at Work department staff will share details about CORE Foundations and Project SEARCH, both programs that provide supported employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.

Human resource department staff will share details about the HR Pathways program, recruiting strategies and options, as well as steps to take when interested in hiring neurodiverse individuals who are supported by CORE Foundations or Project SEARCH.
 

Kennedy Krieger department managers and current employees who are supported by CORE Foundations will also speak to their experiences related to the benefits of a neurodiverse workforce.
