The Supervisor Boot Camp training session is a comprehensive, full-day workshop tailored for both new and experienced employees with supervisory roles at Kennedy Krieger. This program will be led by the Human Resources Business Partner team and is designed to deliver foundational supervisory training. Through engaging presentations and group discussions, participants will gain valuable insights into leadership principles, coaching strategies, performance management, the disciplinary process, fostering a culture of civility, the supervisor’s role in harassment prevention, and key employment laws. 

Lunch will be provided.
